Yumm..
One day, 4 girls got together and decided to make laksa. And, make laksa we did! We started right from scratch; cleaning prawns, cooking prawns, cooking chicken soup, frying eggs, etc. etc. The laksa soup-making process was... screwed slightly? 'Cause, come time to put the santan in, *chicken opened the santan can and started emptying its ENTIRE contents into the soup. The rest of us were wondering whether that was too much santan, but none of us voiced our thoughts 'cause we were each thinking that *chicken knew her stuff, considering the fact that she had helped her mum/maid make laksa just 2 days prior to that day. True enough, when it came time to test the soup, it tasted totally of santan. Hilariousness. Then we had to pour more chicken soup in to neutralise it, and we eventually ended up with proper laksa soup again. 2 hours from the start of our preparation, this was what we got:
our finished ingredients and our bowls of laksa. Doesn't it all look lips-smacking good? mmmmm..
upclose view.. (prawns.. yummylicious prawns!)
forgot whose bowl of laksa...*slurps*
Next time in UK(??) , we're gonna open a laksa stall, and you people better support us! Apart from laksa, we will also sell Milo and durians. Milo for ONLY 6 pounds, and durian for ONLY 8 pounds (prices negotiable if you are very nice and support our laksa)! Budding future entreprenaurs we are!
